Refund policy

NO REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY – ROBLOX DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

By purchasing any development services, scripting, building, or game creation work, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made for Roblox development services are non-refundable. Once work has begun or files/scripts/assets have been delivered (partially or fully), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Digital Service Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that you are purchasing custom digital services and/or virtual goods. These are non-returnable and cannot be “undone” once delivered.

3. Work Approval
You are responsible for clearly communicating your requirements before work begins. Revisions may be offered at the developer’s discretion, but refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction if the delivered work matches the agreed scope.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By making a payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • All work will be immediately revoked where possible

  • You forfeit all rights to use any delivered assets or code

  • Evidence of this agreement, communication logs, and delivered work will be submitted to dispute the chargeback

5. Fraud Protection
False chargebacks or payment disputes will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to:

  • Ban you from future services

  • Revoke access to all delivered products

  • Report the incident to payment processors

6. Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, no refunds will be issued for time already spent. Partial completion may still be delivered at our discretion.

7. Agreement Confirmation
By sending payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
